If making difficult things look easy is an art, then Jacob is the Picasso of it.
"These are extremely hard cuts to do with a tile, and I had to use a Makita grinder to complete this task," Jacob explained to WooGlobe. "I had to cut them to absolute precision to fit around the steel beams. On top of that, they were done by an 18-year-old from Liverpool!"
