00:00 John Bell. I'm aware that the Leader of the House has been celebrating Portsmouth's

00:06 elevation to the Championship this season. Of course last year in Ipswich we

00:10 celebrated our promotion to the Championship. Of course right now we're

00:15 celebrating our back-to-back promotion to the Premier League. So for the first

00:19 time in over 20 years the Tractor Boys have been in the Premier League in the

00:22 big time, arguably the biggest single boost to the town for over 20 years.

00:26 Will the Leader of the House join me in congratulating Kieran McKenna, our

00:30 exceptional manager, Mark Ashton, the Chief Executive of the club, the whole team at

00:34 Ipswich Town for the club we're passionate about not just the club and the town and

00:37 wish them all the best for a Premier League next season. Who knows, maybe

00:40 Portsmouth might be a year after. Well can I on behalf of us all congratulate

00:46 Ipswich Town on this huge achievement. It is great for the fans but it

00:51 will also be great for the whole of Ipswich because these achievements

00:56 bring economic progress, they bring social progress and many other

01:01 things. I think it's an excuse both of our clubs being promoted for a bit of a

01:06 pint I think. I'll stand in one. But no seriously congratulations to everyone

01:12 there and I hope what he says about Portsmouth comes to pass.
