00:00 The Road Transport Authority said that the company and the Road Transport Authority have never given a pass to Bijak Sundarabahat

00:14 In a statement, JPJ explained that the company's advertisement on social media and its competitors' complaints were also incorrect and confusing.

00:23 JPJ also said that it received several complaints from the public when the tax revenue was done but the correct timing was not fixed.

00:33 JPJ also criticized the business of road tax revenue being done through the counter,

00:39 JPJ Mobile's moving counter, MyJPJ application, JPJ public portal and business partner platform namely PostMalaysia, MyEG and Puspa.com only.

00:50 JPJ's advisers advised people to be careful with the platform offering incorrect road tax revenue services to avoid fraud.
