A dad who lost his daughter to suicide has stressed the importance of raising awareness of mental health and encouraging youngsters to talk.

00:09 There's a little bit of catharticism in this.

00:14 I like walking.

00:15 It's a good way to keep fit and everything.

00:18 And I love the Kent and Sussex countryside.

00:22 And really it's about me, you know, coming to terms with it being five years old.

00:28 And, you know, the pain never goes away, it just gets a little bit less raw.

00:33 But she's a constant present in all of our lives.

00:37 And this is this time feels right after five years to do this in this particular way.
