00:00 The motorcycle overtook a mini dump truck in San Miguel, Calacio, Pangasinan.

00:07 But it hit a dump truck on the side that kept running.

00:12 While we were on our way to Calacio, a mini dump truck hit it.

00:21 The driver, who was a 20-year-old victim, fell down.

00:25 He was badly injured.

00:27 According to the victim's mother, her son came from Dagupan City with some friends.

00:33 But she denied that the authorities did not immediately bring the child to the hospital.

00:37 The MDR-RMO did not do anything.

00:40 They took him away.

00:41 They said that he had no pulse.

00:43 They left him.

00:44 They did not even ride him and they just brought him to the hospital.

01:18 The driver of the SUV was saved while the rider was injured by a hand while he was bleeding.
