China Coast Guard Ships Attack Philippine Resupply Ships Amid Major Drills

Chinese coast guard ships have once again fired water cannons at Philippine vessels on a resupply mission in the South China Sea. The attack comes as the United States and the Philippines conduct one of their biggest joint military drills on record.
