00:11 In his privileged speech, Senator Estrada introduced the company behind him,

00:16 Belkenz Pharma Inc.

00:18 He said, "The company recruits doctors to prescribe their medicines and supplements in exchange for incentives.

00:26 The bonus includes a free tour to Asia, Europe and America, and expensive vehicles and equipment."

00:32 The Senator added, "The doctors are taking advantage of their position and are prioritizing their income over their patients' well-being."
