01:00 We'll explain why later.
01:02 It's demanding and it needs a lot of preparation.
01:08 That's why it really needs a lot of rest.
01:13 And as well, more than resting,
01:16 we're preparing ourselves mentally.
01:23 To be more confident and to be more conscious
01:27 with what the people are gonna say.
01:30 Because more than the talent ourselves,
01:34 we already know what our limitations are.
01:39 As a singer, we know what we can do
01:43 and what we can't do.
01:45 But the biggest battle for us as a grand finalist
01:50 is to say that we don't deserve it.
01:54 We're not good enough.
01:57 And it's more of the mental health preparation for us
02:02 more than the talent.
02:05 So, there are two parts.
02:07 Someone told me, "You're done with the talent portion.
02:12 The part where you will be struck by your mental health
02:21 and how strong you are when it comes to the passion."
02:26 Because everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
02:30 And you have to respect that.
02:32 And it's so hard because as a performer,
02:35 you know that you want to defend yourself.
02:38 But it's also good that you just have to listen,
02:42 sit back and relax.
02:43 And just be confident with what you can do
02:46 and what you cannot.
02:48 And that's who you are as an artist.
02:50 So, that's one of the things that I pray for the Lord.
02:56 Especially with the mental health that we're doing.
03:01 Me, especially.
