00:26he answered the questions about their ability to supply vote counting machines or VCM that will be used in the election of 2025.

00:37they are confident that they will not hack their modern machines that were designed for the needs of the Philippines.
00:45Absolutely confident of that because we have several engineers who have worked with big companies and they also are security experts.
00:59It doesn't have Wi-Fi or anything like that, so that cannot be tampered with.
01:05And the data that we store, we store the images and the election results.
01:13But they are all encrypted using AES-256 and we are very confident that they cannot be hacked.
01:24Mirro received all the requests of Comelec, including fast scanning and proper testing of the machine.
01:32The VCM is said to be 2-in-1.
01:35The machine can be scanned and the voting method can also be touchscreen.
01:39But it is still easy to use.
01:42And because of the meeting, the high standard of requirements of Comelec,
01:50our devices are fully capable of delivering better,

02:38Even though Comelec's budget is low for them,
02:41they were able to win the bidding because they have a lot of experience in the Philippines.

02:54because Comelec did a really great job of having really successful elections.
