Alright, Doc, first of all, what is the common sign that makes an individual's face age quickly?

Okay, so, this is how it is. We all age.

The sign of aging is, first, the loss of skin components such as collagen and elastin,

and the loss of ingredients under it.

For example, as we age, our bones, musculature, and fat disappear.

So, when that disappears, the skin on our face starts to sag.

In addition, due to sun damage or exposure to pollution, the skin also gets damaged.

So, those are the reasons why our skin ages.

Well, Doc, there are skin damage that are temporary, right?

But what are the main symptoms or signs that our skin ages slowly?

And how can we slow this down?

Okay, so, one sign that we age is that our skin becomes patchy.

The color is no longer uniform. There are either dark spots or black spots.

To avoid that, the best thing to do is to avoid the sun.

But to avoid the sun, you have to put sunscreen.

The most basic thing is to put sunscreen SPF 50 and above 30 minutes prior to your exposure.

You have to reapply every two hours.

And there's a minimum amount of sunscreen also.

Are there other skin care routines that you can share that we can do to slow down our skin age?

Okay, so aside from sunscreen, as I mentioned earlier,

the components underneath the skin are also important, such as the musculature, bone, and fat.

What's important is that you can actually do some facial yoga exercises.

Or you can do some treatments to help stimulate the musculature underneath your skin.

That will delay the atrophy of the muscles under the skin.

Another important thing to do is actually very basic.

You have to get enough sleep, eat enough sugar,
