00:11 I'm excited because they are the featured athletes here in Amazing Earth.
00:17 [Music]
00:28 Cell phones and gadgets, that's what the youths love now.
00:31 But imagine the young people, I'll introduce you to Extreme Adventure Trip to the sky.
00:37 From motocross and tactical driving to skydiving.
00:43 Meet the amazing twins, Kikai and Kukai Cruz.
00:47 [Music]
00:52 Hi, I'm Kikai.
00:53 Hello, I'm Kukai.
00:57 And we are the Cruz twins.
00:59 A young teenager who is an extreme adventurer, they will show their unique tricks.
01:04 [Music]
01:08 At a young age, they have tried different extreme sports and hobbies, like tactical driving.
01:15 Action youth!
01:17 [Tires screeching]
01:20 Okay.
01:21 Target shooting.
01:26 [Music]
01:28 It's so fun, the adrenaline, the heart beat, like, "Oh my God, this is it!"
01:36 [Music]
01:45 And archery.
01:46 I watched my dad do it, and I saw it in the movies, it looked cool.
01:51 So I was like, "Hey, Daddy, can you teach me how to do this?"
01:53 So when I tried it, it's satisfying when you pull the boat, and you see--
01:57 Hit the target.
01:58 And many more outdoor sports.
02:02 [Music]
02:05 Come on!
02:06 Good!
02:07 The kids developed in the outdoors because early on, my wife and I, we engaged ourselves in outdoor.
02:15 Since we have a swimming pool, I made sure that they knew how to survival swim.
02:22 So even if they fall in the swimming pool, I know that they can swim on the stairs, they won't drown.
02:27 Because I don't want to rely on the maids.
02:29 And plus, if you teach them early on, in their stage where they're already learning to survive,
02:37 then the skill is inculcated.
02:40 At the same time, the passion to learn more is inculcated.
02:44 Look forward also, so you know where you're going.
02:46 Aside from extreme adventure, the siblings also love one more sport, which is gymnastics.
02:52 Right now, we're doing artistic gymnastics.
02:57 It's like what Carlos Ulok competed in.
03:03 There's bars, beam, floor, vault.
03:07 Last year, Kikai and Kukai competed in the TI International Gymnastics Cup.
03:14 They were the only ones who got 1st and 2nd place in all the adventures that the couple tried.
03:21 Among the extreme sports that Kikai and Kukai tried, there's one that's still not enough.
03:28 This is skydiving.
03:33 At the young age of 14 years old, Kikai and Kukai Cruz became the youngest female twin skydivers in the Philippines.
03:40 How did they prepare for this unique trip?
03:43 Let's go with us to the twins' amazing adventure.
03:48 At the age of 14, Kikai and Kukai's twin skydived solo after she jumped from the airplane.
04:08 We saw earlier the twins that Kikai and Kukai Cruz rode.
04:13 At a young age, they tried different extreme sports and hobbies.
04:17 In 2018, they became the youngest skydiving twins in the Philippines.
04:36 Rewind to 2011, Kikai and Kukai were just 7 years old when they were brought by Daddy Snooki to Wind Tunnel in Singapore.
04:43 This is where they first experienced indoor skydiving.
04:47 Daddy Snooki is also a professional skydiver, so he was inspired by her.
05:01 The twins jumped from the airfield drop zone in Pangasinan at 3,500 feet.
05:08 First timers agreed that there's no tandem in skydiving.
05:12 We're starting! Daddy is the winner!
05:19 We got into skydiving because I first, yeah, we saw our dad skydive.
05:25 And we saw a lot of our activities is also because of action movies.
05:31 So we see, oh, it looks cool, it looks fun. So we want to try it.
05:35 My kids at 14 years old is the record holder, at least definitely in the Philippines, at the youngest twin female skydivers.
05:44 Around the world, the minimum freefall age or skydiving age is 18.
05:49 Because you have to understand in other countries, the liability factor is there.
05:54 So as a safety measure, they usually allow only 18 and above.
05:59 Since we have our own rules in the Philippines, and it was our own drop zone,
06:03 we just had as instructors, me and Gerald Carlos, we were able to make sure that as long as the participant is fit,
06:12 and number two, learns from the training, and we see is capable of going through the course,
06:20 then we will let him or her do the jump.
06:24 Young, Wild, and Free.
06:26 This is the title of Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, and Bruno Mars' hit song.
06:31 Kikai and Kookai Cruz are also like that, the teenage super twins who are fearless and can do their extreme adventures.
06:40 Amazing.
06:41 So the discipline that we learned from each sport we did, it helped us become better citizens of this country.
06:49 Even the example when you go hiking, it's easy to throw trash in the trash can, in the water, in the ground.
07:01 You think it's such a small thing, but the small thing can lead to a big impact.
07:08 So to our On The Go! supporters, watch our live stream of our program on the official accounts of GMA Network,
