00:00 We get your conversation with the management of Rochelle D'cor on the company venturing into an eco-friendly plywood segment.
00:08 Listen into a slice of that conversation.
00:10 We are growing with the country.
00:14 And as we know that India is growing at a good pace across the world with the highest GDP, we are getting up with them as well.
00:24 We are also committing our main expansions towards the growth for the company for 2500 crores.
00:33 The MDF sector will be giving us a growth as well as our new expansion for the laminate business jumbo size market is going to give us the additional revenue out of this.
00:45 Our joint venture is going to give us the new revenue out of it.
00:50 So altogether we are expecting the growth rate of the company at the kegger of 20% where the panel board industry as we see is growing at the kegger of 9%.
01:02 But we are looking at as a company, we are looking at focusing doubling the growth of the kegger of the panel board industry.
01:09 This is the plan to achieve our top line target of 2500 crores by 2029.
01:15 So 20% CAGR growth is what you are looking at for top line. Interesting.
01:20 And so just to understand that with this kind of growth, where will your revenue mix be in terms of laminate, MDF and your plywood?
01:30 So currently what we are seeing is our laminate uses around 25 to 30% of the revenue mix.
01:40 70% comes from the MDF business and 5% comes from the other businesses.
01:47 For the next year, we are targeting around an additional revenue of 150 crores approximately from the jumbo size laminate business,
01:57 which will be focused on exports only in the developed countries like Europe, America, Australia, New Zealand and others.
02:07 And another 150 crores we are targeting from our new plywood business where the current capacity is of 300 sheets a day
02:17 and we will be expanding to 3000 sheets a day by next financial year.
02:22 So additional revenues will be coming from these sectors.
02:26 Understood.
02:27 As well as we will be focusing on utilizing our manufacturing facilities of MDF by giving more value addition products to the Indian market as well as the other markets.
02:41 We will be focusing more on developing more towards our distribution network and the dealers network for the domestic market
02:51 and we will be exploring more of the new countries where our products are currently not going.
02:57 Understood.
02:58 And in terms of your manufacturing facilities, where does your capacity stand at right now and going forward in FY25-26, where will these capacities go to?
03:08 So currently if we talk about MDF, our capacity blendedly is around 3.3 million cbm a year.
03:18 And we are currently optimizing around 90% of the blended capacity for this quarter 4.
03:29 And we are targeting to do and maintain that for the MDF and we will be targeting on doing more value addition in order to make sure that our revenue mix are more sustainable and we get an additional growth.
03:43 Talking about the laminate, we will be adding around 1.2 million sheets for the jumbo size.
03:50 So the capacity for laminate will be increased around 30% for the jumbo size.
03:57 And we are targeting to make sure that we also achieve and also nourish the goals what we have made for 2029 through this as well.
