00:00Jamie, I don't know how he does it. He's so calm, no matter what. The fastest pole qualifying
00:06speed since we've gone to this car on a mile and a half. How do you do it, Kyle? A great
00:12car for one great team. So, yeah, cool to get three poles in a row. Um, that was I said
00:20on the radio after the first time I was like, That's about the most intense thing you can
00:23do or experience throughout a lifetime. It's just it's so on edge and like, you know how
00:30much like throttle time you have to have to run fast, and it's just sketchy. So sketchy.
00:35So, um, yeah, that was cool. Um, 250th pole also for Hendrick Motorsports in the Cup series,
00:43which is amazing and I'm glad I can contribute to some sort of numbers since Williams been
00:48stealing all the thunder here lately. But, um, no, just a great day. And, uh, you're
00:53happy, really, really happy to get a pole. This is honestly, since we've gone in the
00:57next in car, this has been a place where I've really struggled it qualifying, like committing
01:02into turn one. And, um, I told myself I was gonna commit today and paid off. So happy
01:08about that. The way you describe driving this car today reminds me of what drivers say when
01:11they drive an Indy car. That's something you got to do this week at Indianapolis Motor
01:15Speedway. What was it like? The sensation of speed there and then coming back here and
01:19jumping in in your stock car? Yeah, no, I think I mean, for sure, that doesn't hurt
01:23to feel, you know, to twenty something there. But it's surprising, like this felt way faster
01:31today just because the lack of grip, you know, the Indy car there was cold and overcast and
01:38the track was green. So I had a lot of grip to go along with that speed. So you don't
01:42really get that sensation. But here today, like I've I've felt on edge, you know, every
01:46lap and you're having to commit. I mean, we're running wide open to three and four. It's
01:50bumpy and you wanted to. You're having to commit really hard. So it's just it's intense.
01:57But for sure, I think it definitely doesn't hurt. We can go to twenty something a few
02:01days ago. So just a fun week so far and look forward to racing the sprint car tonight across
02:06the street here or across the parking lot at the dirt track here in Texas and get my
02:11fix of of all the cars, I guess, to speak. He races all the cars and he does it well.
02:16Great insight there. Kyle Larson will lead him to green on Sunday night.
