Grant McCann salutes Doncaster Rovers fans

Rovers boss McCann praises the supporters.

00:02 The fans have been great with me.

00:04 Since I come back to the football club and even in the first spell I was here,

00:09 they've been really good.

00:11 And we just want to, like I say, after every game we win,

00:15 we're really pleased that we can get the results and the performances and the wins for the fans,

00:20 because that's what we do it for, really.

00:21 You know, we do it for them,

00:22 and we want to create an atmosphere at our stadium that can be quite intimidating for other teams to come to.

00:29 I said after the Wrexham game, it was one of the best atmospheres I've witnessed at that stadium.

00:35 It may not have been as full as some of the games that I've managed there.

00:40 I liked the FA Cup game at Crystal Palace the first time I was here in Thames,

00:44 but the atmosphere was certainly there.

00:46 And if we can generate that over these next couple of home games,

00:52 it would give everybody a boost.

00:53 And our fans are there, supporting us home and away all season.

00:58 The ones who have stayed away,

00:59 I just urge you to come down and support us these couple of days or a couple of games,

01:04 I would say, and come and have a look at this team and see what they're doing,

01:08 because they're giving us everything.

01:10 They're producing for us week in, week out.

01:13 We need our fans to help us get over the line in certain moments in games.

01:16 And let's see if we can get another three points the weekend.
