00:00 Aside from the Senate's decision, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy is facing a new warrant of arrest

00:11 Because of the case of Qualified Human Trafficking,

00:16 Pasig City Regional Trial Court also arrested the Kingdom of Jesus Christ leader,

00:21 Apollo Quiboloy, and five more accused.

00:24 The D.O.J. Prosecutors filed a non-bailable offense against Quiboloy.

00:31 This is the same case of a minor who was abused by Quiboloy and his co-accused was arrested.

00:38 These are the three orders for Quiboloy to be arrested.

00:42 Next, the Davao City RTC issued an arrest warrant for violating the Anti-Child Abuse Law

00:48 and arrest order of the Senate because of Quiboloy's refusal to face hearings about abuse of some members of the D.O.J.C.

00:57 The Justice Department also approved the issuance of a new warrant of arrest against Quiboloy.

01:03 But until now, the authorities have not found Quiboloy in his properties in Davao City and Samal Island, according to the PNP.

01:11 There are three places that they searched yesterday but unfortunately, Quiboloy was not there.

01:18 There are other places that the authorities are going to that the religious leader may have visited.

01:25 We have places that we are checking now and I'm not at liberty to reveal. I hope you understand.

01:32 Like I said, our search is already extended beyond the Davao region but as to the specific areas, I'm not at liberty to reveal.

01:43 Quiboloy's friend, Senator Ronald Bato de la Rosa, is of the opinion that the cases should be faced.

01:50 Even if it's non-bailable, it can be done. There are many cases of non-bailable offenses.

01:58 But when the suspect was put in custody in court and the pleadings were done by the lawyer in court, the suspect was still given a bail.
