Empowerment workshop with Inverness teenager

Kaitlyn Heggie hosted an empowering living workshop in Inverness.

00:00 Welcome to Empowered Living. Today's been a day full of empowering and educating women.

00:06 Today's turnout's been brilliant. Loads of women here to learn about their overall health.

00:13 We've had loads of different workshops. A workshop about their nutrition, a workshop about their pelvic floor health,

00:20 a yoga session, a little aerobics workout and a mindfulness and meditation session.

00:27 My favourite part of today has been seeing everyone smile and just seeing all the women here and being able to help them

00:36 and knowing that I've provided them a day where they can interact with other women like-minded.

01:01 So much positive feedback from today and I've had hundreds of messages from other girls saying that they wished they could come

01:08 but they couldn't make it today. So Empowered Living is definitely something that I'm going to keep doing in the future.

01:22 Strictly is intense. It's actually a lot harder than I thought it would be but I'm loving every step of the way

01:29 and especially with the partner I've been coupled up with, Emma. We help motivate each other daily so I'm so lucky to be partnered with her.

02:05 fitness vibes to Caitlin and she understands about health, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle and she wants to pass that on to others as well
