00:00 The outbreak of measles or tigdus was declared in Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao del Norte and Sulu. According to the DOH, from September, it reached 2,600 cases across the country. More than 1,400 cases were recorded in BARMM. The DOH has already declared a blue alert. It will also start vaccinating children 6 months and above. Remember, the DOH, the vaccine is free.
