01:08 They trained for years before they entered the ring.
01:12 You really need to train so that your body is ready.

01:19 It's a part-time job for them to wrestle.
01:21 But they hope that one day, the industry will have a place for Pinay professional wrestlers in the country.

01:41 A martial arts school in Mandaluyong City is helping protect women.
01:46 In celebration of Women's Month, the Senshi Dojo is helping women protect themselves.
01:54 In this training session, they taught us self-defense in the Judo style.
01:59 70% of their students work night shifts in BPO companies.
02:05 Martial arts gives you that confidence to prevent violence against you.
