00:00 Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health declared a measles outbreak in the Bangsamoro region in Muslim Indanao because of the rising cases of measles.

00:08 Almost 600 cases of measles have been reported in the region.

00:11 According to the Deputy Minister of BARMM Ministry of Health, one of the reasons for the spread of measles is the refusal of residents to get vaccinated.
