Everything we know about Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile

A new version of the one of the world's most popular video games is released this week. Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile promises users a unique playing experience in the palm of their hands. Euronews Culture caught up with the makers of the game to discuss what's different about this launch.

00:23 We're releasing Call of Duty Warzone Mobile on the 21st of March and we're super excited by it.

00:28 It's the first time ever that we've been able to unite our community across console, PC and mobile.

00:34 So that means we have the same shared content, we have the same shared social experience,

00:40 we're able to have things like real player counts of like over 100 players in an individual match,

00:46 which is unheard of on mobile.

00:48 We're just super excited about the gameplay, the graphics, all these things are now real Call of Duty

00:53 because it's coming from the Call of Duty engine.

01:00 Call of Duty Warzone Mobile is not a port of a console game to mobile.

01:04 We've redesigned everything in order to be adapted to the device.

01:09 So we've taken into account the screen, the contrast, the position of your fingers

01:14 and what we wanted is to make a really native mobile experience.

01:22 The big map that we're debuting on Verdansk, it is a legendary map.

01:27 It's the original Warzone Battle Royale map.

01:29 It's probably the most famous Battle Royale map ever created

01:32 and we're bringing it to mobile for the first time.

01:34 So I'm excited for people to play on that.
