James Dyson Award: Meet previous winner that’s fighting against UK knife crime

After having two friends seriously injured as a result of knife crime, university student Joseph Bentley used his final year design project as an opportunity to develop a new technology for stopping bleeding in a knife wound. He was recognised by a national design award, giivng him the confidence to pursue the life saving project.
