Town centre's first African restaurant opens

Abby Adesina talks about setting up Abby's Kitchen which specialises in serving African cuisine

00:09 And having scanned the area, I thought there is no African restaurant in this area.

00:14 And just to boost marketing in the locality and give others a view of what African cuisine

00:22 is like, I thought to open a small local restaurant.

00:26 And the sales have been good.

00:30 People have been so enthusiastic about the restaurant.

00:36 And so we are happy to be here.

00:38 So we do many Nigerian meals.

00:39 We have different food, ranging from jello fries, fried rice, ayam mache, moe moe, which

00:46 is bean cake.

00:48 We have assorted meats too.

00:50 We have chicken, turkey, mackerel, fish, egg fish.
