Sindbad deploys his colossal bird, Rokh, to wreak havoc on Popeye's boat and seize Olive Oyl. Upon capturing her, Sindbad cruelly forces Olive to dance by shooting buckshot at her feet with a pea-shooter. Undeterred, Popeye springs into action to rescue his beloved, while the eccentric J. Wellington Wimpy amusingly pursues a duck, brandishing a meat-grinder.
In Popeye's valiant efforts, he confronts and overcomes Rokh and the two-headed giant named Boola, who speaks with a Yiddish accent.
