Second Victim of Keelung Truck Rampage Identified

A second victim has been identified of a truck rampage in northern Taiwan that claimed the life of a police officer.

00:06 A stolen truck slams into the front of the station, killing an on-duty officer and injuring

00:13 The driver of the stolen vehicle, since identified as a 30-year-old man surnamed Jian, then flees
00:18 the scene, only to be struck and killed by a train just moments later.
00:24 Now, two days later, more details of this deadly rampage have emerged, including another
00:30 death, of an on-duty road inspector surnamed Leo.
00:43 Before the truck driver crashed into the station, police say he struck and killed the road inspector,
00:48 who was on his motorcycle.
00:50 Investigators say the suspect has a history of drug abuse and aggressive behaviour, and
00:55 may have been in a state of psychosis.
00:58 They're awaiting the results of further testing.
01:11 The incident has shaken the local community, and left the colleagues of the dead police
01:15 officer, 24-year-old Su Yu-hong, in shock.
