Transcript
00:00 I mean, it's been difficult throughout the years, right?
00:03 You know, we all evaluated Tom Brady wrong
00:05 when we drafted him in the sixth round.
00:06 And he's turned out to be one of the best players,
00:08 if not the best quarterback in the National Football League
00:11 has ever seen.
00:12 So it is continuously to been an issue for everybody, right?
00:15 But you gotta have your profile set up and what you look for.
00:18 You gotta have your process ready to go.
00:20 You want the guy to have the intangibility,
00:22 the smart and the gamer and be a player.
00:24 We know those things.
00:25 And then you go out and you try to find those guys
00:26 and who's displayed it at the best level
00:28 and try to make those picks.
00:29 And it's just hard to start positioning evaluate.
00:32 That's just what it is, right?
00:34 It's arguably the hardest position in sports
00:36 and what we know.
00:37 And that's just how it's been like.
