00:28 He also continues to support and help the government of the Filipino fishermen in the area.

00:34 The Philippines has repeatedly stated that the number of cyber interference

00:40 and signal jamming of China in the West Philippine Sea is increasing.

00:44 The government has increased its funding for the improvement and maintenance of health facilities in the country.

00:53 According to the Department of Budget and Management Secretary,

00:56 the HFEPO's budget is estimated to be more than Php 28.58 billion.

01:04 The Health Facilities Enhancement Program for 2024 will be used to build and expand medical services
