00:04 on the kind of mindset it takes to succeed at this level. My mindset for

00:20 looked really playful a lot of wind lips and cool and fun terrain so I don't know.

00:26 Well we have been anxiously awaiting the debut of Manon Lowski on the Freeride

00:31 World Tour. She lost last season due to an ankle injury and then she came back

00:35 this year and showed us all exactly why she got herself that Red Bull helmet.

00:39 Peak performance rider started her season off with a bang in the hot seat

00:42 for a long time until Zuza came on and now Manon on course ready to show us

00:48 what she's got. Out of start one again it's a popular one today for the ski

00:51 women category making her way through this tricky sharky technical section, lining

00:56 up that exit, getting through it clean. That's super huge at stage one done

01:01 through the venue. Coming into this cliff band let's see what Manon is gonna line

01:04 up because she can absolutely send it and stomp as we've seen in Verbier right

01:09 off the nose and two bolts nothing is gonna move her. She is such a solid rider

01:14 coming into this nose and a huge 360 a little butt check but staying in control.

01:20 Let's see that's gonna the judges are gonna see it but it was a small one and

01:24 she's right back on her feet moving through the venue. Yeah small control

02:07 level of riding from Manon. Well these two are best buds they spend so much

02:13 time skiing together and they're just so fired up for each other you know the two

02:18 of them scope that thing together and we're like should we flip it yes we

02:21 should definitely flip it. They both stomped it and that's that's what you love to see

02:24 it's an individual sport in the start gate but you still have your friends and

02:27 your teammates around you that can help you pull off that stuff. Making quick

02:31 work showing her a technical ability her strength off this cliff to bolt another

02:36 a huge three showcasing her trick bag and it was tiny it was just a little

02:43 hand drag not even a butt shake butt check and you know the judges recognize

02:46 how hard this condition is so I think she's gonna be very happy. And it almost

02:51 looked in this lower section you know from nearly halfway down the venue that

02:56 she was just focused on this you can see her laser focus the turns you know maybe

03:00 a few more turns than some of the other riders that have bombed through there

03:03 and that's because she had her sights set on that wind lamp for the backflip

03:08 so these two women showing the freestyle element in the ski women's category

03:12 absolutely going off and these two at the pointy end of the spear of this

03:18 movement. This is insane to watch such a good showcase and high level of riding

03:24 today putting the judges to work so let's see what they're gonna come out

03:27 with two huge clean backflips from the friends there's definitely some room in

03:33 that overall score too for the rest of the riders you know it's not super

03:37 stacked up at the top so let's see where Menon ends up patiently waiting with
