00:24 Quezon City LGU banned the Kuruma Auto Spa Inc. on Zabarte Road in Barangay Kaligayahan District 5.

00:34 There was a complaint because of the smell of paint that they use for painting the vehicle

00:43 and the smell of the car being cleaned.

00:46 Primarily, the violation is that they don't have a permit.

00:49 But in a cellphone video sent by a concerned citizen to your Kapuso Action Man in January this year,

00:56 the clients still receive the so-called auto spa.

01:04 We brought the complaint to the Quezon City Business Permits and Licensing Department

01:11 and they immediately conducted an inspection.

01:13 They have a mission order to fix our implementation of the closure order.

01:23 So this is the one that was blocked before.

01:26 When we arrived at the place, we were able to find out how many people were in the auto spa.

01:30 You are aware that you have a revocation of the Mayor's Permit

01:35 and actually, there were two instances where the closure order was served.

01:47 This business permit that you have, the one that displays the Mayor's Permit number,

01:57 that is the business permit of Kuruma.

02:12 A few moments later, the owner of the auto spa came to face the BPLD officers.

02:19 This is our third implementation of the closure order for Kuruma.

02:24 Yes.

02:25 Because they are not allowed to operate because they need to have a special use permit.

02:33 Your heart has already promised that the owner of the establishment,

02:36 Mr. Joffel Paladio, will give his consent in front of the camera.

02:41 But in a personal conversation with him, he mentioned that he will push him to Quezon City Hall

02:48 to submit all the requirements that are required.

02:54 According to the BPLD, Car Life Support Incorporated has 7 days to comply.

02:59 If they don't have a permit to show.

03:01 The report that we will do will be in a roll. There will be a show-cause order,
