00:00 The man who raped and raped three neighbors,

00:05 after having an argument with his wife and his 11-year-old daughter,

00:10 was arrested.

00:11 Jomer Apresto was arrested.

00:13 Three men were fighting,

00:18 and another man wearing black sandals

00:21 in the Tuazon area in Tondo, Manila.

00:23 One of the three men was carrying a bottle.

00:26 He smashed the bottle on the face of one of their men.

00:30 It fell, but the man was able to stand up immediately,

00:33 and the three men ran away.

00:36 In this cell phone video,

00:38 the three men wearing black sandals were seen being beaten.

00:43 He was holding a gun that was pointed at the three men.

00:46 The CCTV was not able to capture it,

00:48 but the two of the three men were stabbed and wounded.

00:52 One resident was also injured.

00:55 According to the barangay,

00:56 before the incident of the rape,

00:58 the suspect, Alias Jauo, and his wife lost because of the money.

01:03 Then they went to the suspect's store to buy alcohol,

01:07 and he accidentally hit a man, Donald Raymundo.

01:11 They told me to buy alcohol at the store.

01:14 I saw Jauo there, and he suddenly stabbed me in the neck.

01:18 That's what happened.

01:20 I didn't know what to do. I was in pain.

01:22 The suspect warned the men's drinkers before going to the barangay.

01:27 It was then that Raymundo's drinker, Melvin Vitas,

01:30 was also taken to where Jauo went.

01:33 We were getting closer, and he was holding a bag.

01:37 I saw him holding a bottle on his left.

01:40 I grabbed it, and I said, "That's it."

01:43 He was pulling it, so I grabbed it and stabbed him in the face.

01:49 While causing chaos, the suspect's 11-year-old son tried to escape,

01:53 so he was hit by a bottle on his head.

01:55 The barangay was able to get a hold of him.

01:58 They ordered the suspect to be taken here by the residents of the area.

02:02 There were bruises and wounds on various parts of the suspect's body.

02:07 He was rushed to the hospital,

02:09 and three men, including his wife and his son, were taken away.

02:13 According to the police, the suspect filed a complaint of frustrated homicide.

02:18 The suspect also apologized for his actions.
