00:00 What's up OG! I'm Oggy. Welcome to my tiny house here in Pampanga.
00:05 Let's go inside.
00:06 Ever since I was interested in unique architectural designs,
00:21 one night I scrolled on my Instagram and I saw a really nice tiny house.
00:26 I thought, "Why not have a house like that in Pampanga?"
00:32 I asked my family if they were okay with the design.
00:37 They were very supportive and let me use their family lot.
00:41 They helped me to pursue the build of a tiny house.
00:46 Hi! We're now inside the tiny house.
00:53 So this is the tiny house.
00:55 The tiny house is 42 square meters and it's loft type with high ceiling.
01:04 Also, with big windows so that even if the house is small, it will look spacious and big.
01:11 And also, natural light coming in the house.
01:22 The lot size of the property is 140 square meters.
01:26 The floor area of the tiny house is 42 square meters.
01:32 That's the fun thing that our architect and contractor talked about.
01:38 We need to make the utilization of spaces efficient so that there's no wasted space in the area.
01:47 So one more thing about the tiny house, it's an open concept living.
01:52 You can see the bedroom, kitchen, living area, and workstation in just one glimpse.
01:59 To maximize the space since it's only 42 square meters.
02:03 We focused on wood style material so that it will look more natural.
02:13 We focused on wood style material so that we can get the cabin feeling when you go inside our tiny house.
02:20 So we specifically used mahogany for our doors.
02:24 We used hardy planks with wood aspects for the fences so that you can still get the texture of the wood.
02:33 So this is our kitchen area.
02:39 As you can see, it's a floating cabinet and all the appliances and plates are shown.
02:46 So that the space of the house can be increased and we can also see it in the pinterest.
02:53 It's cute to look at.
02:55 Going here, this is the breakfast nook.
02:58 And as you can see, the accent wall looks like wood but it's not.
03:04 We used hardy planks with wood aspects for less maintenance and no noise.
03:13 And here in this door, this is the access to the toilet and bath of the tiny house.
03:22 So as you can see, even though we're a tiny house, we made sure that the toilet and bath is still spacious.
03:31 So that all of our guests can be comfortable.
03:34 So what did I learn from this experience?
03:45 Well, number one is being decisive in the decisions in the house.
03:50 And number two is communication with my team, with the guests, and with other people.
03:58 So number three is patience because you have a lot of people to talk to.
04:03 So you really need to be patient with them because they have different attitudes.
04:08 So another way of how we utilize the space in the tiny house is our storage area.
04:20 It's just below the staircase so you can put your luggages here or any other things.
04:26 And the TV is also attached here.
04:30 So moving on here is the staircase going to the loft bedroom.
04:36 So we're now in our loft bedroom in the tiny house.
04:44 As you can see, our bed is a king-size bed that is very comfortable.
04:49 And I'll just mention it again, our high ceiling.
04:53 We're now on the second floor but as you can see, it's still very spacious.
04:57 I'll just share this.
04:59 These lights are called cove lights.
05:02 So I just asked my architect, Gino Galang, Iris Corpus, and Jello Halili
05:08 because they helped me give the cinematic experience.
05:13 So one of the highlights here in the tiny house, and also why I favorite the bedroom
05:22 is the projector screen which you can watch any movies or series that you want.
05:28 And also, the guests that are downstairs can also see.
05:34 Plus, it's also connected to our speaker here to complete the cinematic experience.
05:40 So in the future, we'll make it private.
05:46 But as of the moment, we're enjoying sharing our tiny house for people who want to stay in it.
05:55 So any advice to those who want to have a business like this or just build their tiny house?
06:08 Number one is, first, find out if you really want to have a real estate business.
06:13 And number two is, you need to educate yourself by reading books.
06:19 There are a lot of books that can help you to understand the real estate side.
06:25 And then number three is, once you get all that knowledge, it's up to you how you'll execute it.
06:32 So what stops people is themselves.
06:37 So it's up to you if you'll continue or just let it be.
06:42 That's all.
06:43 So that ends this episode. Thank you for joining and watching this house tour.
