00:19 Kharge released a 54-page document, which he called a "charge sheet", indicting the

00:24 centre for issues such as rising prices, unemployment, subversion of institutions and what he describes

00:31 as discrimination against non-BJP states.

00:34 The move comes just ahead of the government's presentation of a white paper on the mismanagement

00:39 of the economy before 2014.

00:41 "If 10 years ago, it was based on their ideology, then why didn't they deposit this

00:49 Why did they deposit it now?

00:51 So, indirectly, by pressurising and harassing, you are taking money in the elections.
