Housing Hartlepool has launched two programmes 'Skills for Life' and 'Keys to Success' programme to furnish people with the knowhow necessary to live independently and successfully in their own homes.
Keys to Success encompasses a wide range of issues including how the housing waiting list works, tenants’ responsibilities, how to manage money, healthy eating on a budget, community involvement and volunteering, and repairs and home security
