00:03 A joyous occasion.

00:06 On 22nd January, Lord Ram Lalla was crowned.

00:09 The whole of India was in joy.

00:11 On 5th August 2019, the 370th and 35th Jhatka of the constitution were over.

00:16 The country was in a state of chaos.

00:17 The whole country was in joy.

00:18 We were in joy too.

00:19 But what could be more joyful than this?

00:21 Equal citizenship.

00:22 The subject of our discussion,

00:24 which gives equal citizenship to all citizens,

00:27 was put on the agenda by the then Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhambi.

00:31 And we are witnesses to that.

00:33 We are being a reason for him to pass.

00:35 What could be a more joyful occasion than this?

00:37 The constitution makers of the country

00:39 had expected this from the country

00:41 that this equal citizenship,

00:43 in article 44, they said,

00:45 but it took 75 years.

00:47 Our Muslim sisters,

00:49 4 marriages,

00:51 what kind of upbringing do they have?

00:53 They are not given any permission.

00:55 The case of the Mahabhanus,

00:57 in which after 40 years of marriage,

00:59 after 5 children,

01:01 if the Supreme Court gives a compensation of Rs. 100,

01:03 then the governments of Congress

01:05 can amend the constitution.

01:07 Only for what?

01:08 For Muslim votes.

01:09 For the Tusti Karan.

01:10 And till today,

01:11 for the Tusti Karan and Muslim votes,

01:13 the way they have been opposing equal citizenship,

01:17 today that opposition has ended.

01:19 Uttarakhand,

01:21 with the blessings of the then Prime Minister Narendra Modi,

01:24 and the direction of the Chief Minister of the state, Pushkar Singh Dhami,

01:27 has made the country a new direction.

01:30 Our sisters,

01:32 all the wealth,

01:34 will they get equal rights?
