00:28 Yet Chinese Ambassador Huang Ziliang
00:30 said that the Chinese government could condemn all types of cyber attacks.
00:35 They also said that they are prohibited from illegal activities online
00:40 in their country or in their devices owned by their government.
00:45 Huang also called those who were traced by DICT "unfounded and irresponsible".
