00:12 that they were prevented from hacking the website of the Overseas Workers' Welfare Administration or OWA.

00:19 According to DICT Secretary Jeffrey Ian D,

00:21 they traced the internet protocol or IP address of the hacker

00:25 to a state-owned telco in China.

00:28 Yet Chinese Ambassador Huang Ziliang

00:30 said that the Chinese government could condemn all types of cyber attacks.

00:35 They also said that they are prohibited from illegal activities online

00:40 in their country or in their devices owned by their government.

00:45 Huang also called those who were traced by DICT "unfounded and irresponsible".
