00:00 The film director, Jade Castro, and her companions were helped

00:04 by a modern jeepney in Quezon Province.

00:08 The jeepney was burned by four people in a bonnet in Quezon last January 31.

00:14 A few days later, the group of Castro's members were arrested in a resort in Mulanay.

00:20 The group's leader said they were innocent and were just on vacation at the resort.

00:24 There was no warrant for their arrest.

00:27 The police explained that they were arrested based on their information.

00:31 Their car was the same as the one used by the firemen.

00:36 The police have no other explanation for the arson case against the group of Nina Castro.

00:43 They were still in jail at Catanawan Municipal Police Station.

00:47 The Directors Guild of the Philippines and UP Film Institute are calling for Castro's release.
