00:40 But as a workaholic person, I feel like I wake up at 5am, right?

00:44 Then I'll go to sleep at 5am.

00:47 So what I do to relax and speak early is this.

00:53 But now that I discovered that I can do this,

00:58 I feel more relaxed.

01:00 My body is more relaxed.

01:02 Not just my body, but my mind as well.

01:04 So before 10pm, I'll go to sleep.

01:09 And then when I wake up at 4.45am,

01:12 I can say that I'm energized and ready for the day.

01:17 I am ready for anything.

01:19 This is what I'm still thinking about.

01:21 What more if I take the time to go to bed early in the morning?
