Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Star is a 1996 Hong Kong Chinese Lunar New Year comedy. The movie stars Natalis Chan Pak Cheung (陳百祥) and Anita Yuen Wing-yee (袁詠儀) as main characters.
Angel of Nine Heavens (鍾麗緹 Christy Chung Lai-tai) and Saint Michael (王敏德 Michael Wong Man-tak) in heaven are banished to Earth for having a clandestine romance.
Windfall God (Natalis) is secretly in love with her, and begs the Jade Emperor (譚詠麟 Alan Tam Wing-lun) to be given a chance with her. He is sent to Earth in human form, only able to use his godly powers three times per day. He has seven days to find the reincarnation of Angel of Nine Heavens and make her fall in love with him.
