00:29 Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Alameen
00:31 Wasalatu wassalamu ala Sayyidil Mursaleen
00:33 Amma ba'da fa'udhu billahi minash shaitanir rajim
00:35 Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
00:37 Muazzaz, Naazim, Sameen
00:39 Once again we are here with the program Asr-e-Hazir
00:41 and Ahkam-e-Deen.
00:43 As you know,
00:45 in this program,
00:47 your questions are answered in the light of the book of Sunnah.
00:49 So, today,
00:51 your calls will be taken,
00:53 your queries will be answered,
00:55 calls will be entertained.
00:57 So, first, our topic, as you know,
00:59 that this is a jurisprudential program,
01:01 there are many issues.
01:03 First, we will discuss the topic,
01:05 then we will include your calls.
01:07 As you know, our topic was about Wudhu.
01:09 In the previous program,
01:11 we told you the details
01:13 about the obligations of Wudhu,
01:15 what are the obligations of Wudhu,
01:17 and then the details about those four obligations,
01:19 and your general queries,
01:21 all those queries,
01:23 Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Alameen,
01:25 so today we will talk about the obligations of Wudhu,
01:27 today we will talk about the Sunnah of Wudhu.
01:29 As we talked about the four obligations,
01:31 so in the end,
01:33 the topic of the season of winter is the season of the bananas,
01:35 so the topic of the season of bananas was also discussed,
01:37 so we also told you the details of the season of bananas,
01:39 the general queries were also discussed,
01:41 and the obligations of the season of bananas were also discussed,
01:43 and other things,
01:45 and what are the things that cause the season of bananas to break,
01:47 all those things that are related to it,
01:49 were also discussed.
01:51 So, today, Inshallah, we will talk about the Sunnah of Wudhu.
01:53 So, before talking about the Sunnah of Wudhu,
01:55 we will tell you the basic thing,
01:57 that there are two types of Sunnah,
01:59 one is the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah,
02:01 and the other is the Sunnah of Ghair-e-Mu'akkadah.
02:03 The Sunnah of Ghair-e-Mu'akkadah is that
02:05 if a person does it,
02:07 it is a good deed,
02:09 but if he does not do it,
02:11 then there is no sin on it,
02:13 no contract on it.
02:15 The Sunnah of Mu'akkadah is that
02:17 if a person leaves the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah,
02:19 sometimes it is rarely forgiven,
02:21 but if he leaves it again and again,
02:23 then it is converted into
02:25 Makru'-e-Tahrimi,
02:27 which means that it is a sin on it.
02:29 The Sunnah of Mu'akkadah is that
02:31 Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
02:33 has adopted the Sunnah of Mu'azabat,
02:35 which means that it is an eternal Sunnah.
02:37 Sometimes, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
02:39 has abandoned it for the sake of justification,
02:41 but in most cases,
02:43 Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has followed it.
02:45 That is why it is called the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah,
02:47 which is the Sunnah that is emphasized more.
02:49 The Sunnah of Mu'akkadah does not include
02:51 the Sunnah of Mu'azabat.
02:53 Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has never
02:55 abandoned it.
02:57 However, it is often done,
02:59 because for Sunniyyah,
03:01 one or two times is not enough.
03:03 Until it is done a few times,
03:05 a few times,
03:07 then it is called the Sunnah,
03:09 even if it is not the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah.
03:11 That is why it is never abandoned.
03:13 Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has done it
03:15 many times,
03:17 but he has never done it often
03:19 or always.
03:21 That is why it is called the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah.
03:23 The Sunnah of Mu'akkadah is that
03:25 which you have always done,
03:27 but have left it once in a while.
03:29 So, let us talk about the Sunnah of Wudhu.
03:31 The first thing in the Sunnah of Wudhu
03:33 is to make intention.
03:35 This Sunnah is to make intention.
03:37 If you do not make intention,
03:39 then Wudhu will be done.
03:41 But, you will not get the reward.
03:43 If you make habit again and again
03:45 that you are doing Wudhu without intention,
03:47 then as we said in the beginning,
03:49 if someone becomes habitual of
03:51 the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah,
03:53 then it does not remain a habit.
03:55 This act becomes a Makru'ah Tahrim.
03:57 Then, he is found guilty.
03:59 So, to make intention is
04:01 the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah.
04:03 To make intention of Allah's pleasure,
04:05 to make intention of purification,
04:07 to make intention of Wudhu.
04:09 The meaning of intention is
04:11 to make intention in the heart.
04:13 But, if someone says it in the language,
04:15 then it is fine.
04:17 There is no harm in it.
04:19 But, the intention is
04:21 basically the intention of the heart.
04:23 It is necessary to make intention in the heart.
04:25 So, the intention is the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah.
04:27 After intention, the next Sunnah of Mu'akkadah
04:29 is Tasmiyah.
04:31 To take the name of Allah.
04:33 It is better to say Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
04:35 So, Tasmiyah means to take the name of Allah
04:37 in the beginning of Wudhu.
04:39 This is the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah.
04:41 If someone makes habit of doing this,
04:43 then he will be a sinner.
04:45 But, it is important to remember
04:47 that Tasmiyah is in the same situation
04:49 that when you are in a pure place
04:51 and your Sitar is covered,
04:53 Sitar is Satr.
04:55 Satr means to cover,
04:57 to cover, to cover.
04:59 Satr is the base.
05:01 Sitar is the curtain.
05:03 So, the place where it is necessary
05:05 to hide for man and woman,
05:07 that part of the body is to be covered.
05:09 So, covering the Sitar
05:11 is called Satr.
05:13 That is why in the beginning of Namaz,
05:15 the word is mentioned,
05:17 Satre Aurat.
05:19 Aurat means to cover,
05:21 to cover, to cover.
05:23 So, when a person has taken the Sitar
05:25 and is not in a pure place,
05:27 then only Tasmiyah is said.
05:29 To take the name of Allah
05:31 in a pure place,
05:33 is a bad thing.
05:35 In this situation,
05:37 you should not speak.
05:39 Similarly, if a person
05:41 is without Sitar,
05:43 in a pure state,
05:45 then to take the name of Allah
05:47 in a pure state is a bad thing.
05:49 This issue was raised
05:51 because some people do Wudhu
05:53 in their washroom,
05:55 which is open,
05:57 and they have a wash basin in it.
05:59 They do Wudhu in that wash basin.
06:01 If they are doing Wudhu in the washroom,
06:03 then the washroom is
06:05 the same as the wash basin.
06:07 And there is a wash basin next to it.
06:09 So, if they are doing Wudhu
06:11 in the wash basin,
06:13 then they will do Wudhu in the wash basin.
06:15 But in this situation,
06:17 Tasmiyah, the name of Allah,
06:19 will not be mentioned with the tongue.
06:21 They will read it out loud
06:23 before going to the washroom.
06:25 And if they want to read it inside,
06:27 they can read it without moving their tongue
06:29 in their heart.
06:31 Similarly, if someone has done Wudhu
06:33 in the wash basin,
06:35 then they can read it.
06:37 After Tasmiyah, the next Sunnah is
06:39 "Ghaslul Yada'in Ila'r Rus'gha'in"
06:41 "Washing both hands with wrists"
06:43 This is also a Sunnah.
06:45 But it becomes a Sunnah
06:47 when you are doing Wudhu
06:49 in a wash basin.
06:51 While doing Wudhu in a wash basin,
06:53 you should first wash both hands.
06:55 But if you are doing Wudhu
06:57 under running water,
06:59 like we do in our country,
07:01 then it will not be called
07:03 the Sunnah of Mu'akkadah.
07:05 But it is better to wash both hands.
07:07 It is a custom here that people
07:09 wash both hands first.
07:11 If you wash both hands before doing
07:13 the Fardh, then you will be rewarded
07:15 for doing Sunnah.
07:17 The next Sunnah is "Madmada'in Ila'r Rus'gha'in"
07:19 In Arabic, it is called "Madmada'in Ila'r Rus'gha'in"
07:21 In Urdu, it is called "Mazmada'in Ila'r Rus'gha'in"
07:23 The meaning of Mazmada'in Ila'r Rus'gha'in
07:25 is to do Kulli, and if there is no fast,
07:27 then to do Mubaligha in that Kulli.
07:29 It is to do Kulli so that water reaches
07:31 all the places and
07:33 Mubaligha is done, i.e. Garh Garah is done
07:35 if there is no fast.
07:37 Garh Garah is not allowed in the form of fast.
07:39 Kulli is not Mu'af.
07:41 Kulli is to be done,
07:43 Sunnah of Mu'akkadah is there in fasting.
07:45 But in Kulli, Mubaligha, i.e. Garh Garah
07:47 is not to be done in the form of fast.
07:49 If you are fasting, then you will not do Garh Garah,
07:51 but if you are not fasting, then you will do Garh Garah.
07:53 Kulli is Sunnah and Garh Garah is Sunnah.
07:55 Without fasting, and in the state of fasting,
07:57 Kulli is Sunnah and Garh Garah is not allowed.
07:59 We have a caller with us.
08:01 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
08:03 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
08:07 Wa'alaikum-Salaam.
08:09 Yes, please go ahead.
08:11 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
08:13 Wa'alaikum-Salaam.
08:15 Please turn off the TV set's sound.
08:17 Wa'alaikum-Salaam.
08:19 Okay.
08:21 Sir, I have a question.
08:23 I divorced my wife
08:25 about 6 years ago.
08:27 We fought twice.
08:29 Okay.
08:33 After 6 years, we fought once again.
08:35 Okay.
08:37 She put me in a corner of the Quran.
08:39 At that time, I did not understand
08:41 what she was saying.
08:43 Will I be divorced or not?
08:45 Okay.
08:47 Yes, I was requesting you.
08:51 The Sunnah of ablution was being discussed.
08:53 I was telling you that
08:55 in Arabic, it is called Mazmada
08:57 and in Urdu, it is called Mazmada.
08:59 So, ablution and gargling
09:01 is also Sunnah.
09:03 The next Sunnah is
09:05 Miswak.
09:07 Miswak is also a Sunnah.
09:09 But, it is only done
09:11 when there is a bad smell in the mouth.
09:13 If there is no bad smell in the mouth,
09:15 then Miswak is not a Sunnah.
09:17 But, it should be done
09:19 before ablution.
09:21 Before ablution,
09:23 we will do the reward.
09:25 The Holy Prophet (PBUH)
09:27 loved to do Miswak.
09:29 He used to say it with great love.
09:31 He loved Miswak.
09:33 So, this is a good Sunnah
09:35 of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
09:37 It is a great Sunnah.
09:39 The scholars of the Ummah
09:41 have studied the whole books
09:43 about the excellence of Miswak.
09:45 The book of Mulla Ali Qari
09:47 has been published.
09:49 The books of many other scholars
09:51 have been written on this topic.
09:53 They have been published.
09:55 So, it is clear that
09:57 the Holy Prophet (PBUH)
09:59 loved this Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
10:01 So, Miswak should be done.
10:03 We have a caller with us.
10:05 Assalamu Alaikum.
10:07 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
10:09 I have a question.
10:11 The chair which is not suitable
10:13 for the disabled person
10:15 and which is not suitable
10:17 for the standing person
10:19 and which is not suitable
10:21 for the prostration person.
10:23 The chair should be kept in the back.
10:25 They stand up.
10:27 They tell that the shoulders
10:29 and the legs should be straight.
10:31 But the chair should be kept in the back.
10:33 I have told this last time.
10:35 And the second thing is that
10:37 when they do the prayers,
10:39 even if it is a congregation,
10:41 they keep reading and listening.
10:43 And the Nawafil
10:45 even if it is a small congregation,
10:47 they are able to hear.
10:49 What should be done?
10:51 Should we pray everywhere?
10:53 I would like to clarify
10:55 that the question about the chair
10:57 which I have answered last time.
10:59 You can listen to it carefully.
11:01 I have told that the chair should be kept
11:03 in the back of the row.
11:05 It is better to keep it in the back
11:07 so that there is no doubt about it.
11:09 We will answer your second question
11:11 later on.
11:13 The question was that
11:15 it is Sunnah to do Miswak.
11:17 And Miswak becomes Sunnah Muakkadah
11:19 when there is bad breath in the mouth.
11:21 And if there is bad breath in the mouth,
11:23 then it is Sunnah Muakkadah.
11:25 If there is bad breath in the mouth
11:27 other than Wudhu,
11:29 then it is Sunnah Muakkadah
11:31 to remove it.
11:33 If there is no bad breath in the mouth,
11:35 then it is not Sunnah Muakkadah.
11:37 But it is Sunnah.
11:39 It is Sunnah of Wudhu.
11:41 We were requesting that
11:43 the statement of Sunnah of Wudhu was going on.
11:45 The last Sunnah of Sunnah of Wudhu
11:47 which we told you to do Miswak.
11:49 The next Sunnah is Istinshaq.
11:51 Before that, we will include a caller
11:53 and then we will complete the rest of the talk.
11:55 Assalamu Alaikum.
11:57 Walaikum Assalam.
11:59 How are you?
12:01 I want to ask
12:03 that whatever is done
12:05 is Sunnah.
12:07 Yes.
12:09 So, it can be done at any age
12:11 or it is not necessary for 7 days.
12:13 Ok, I will tell you.
12:15 As per the Sunnah of Madras,
12:17 I have heard
12:19 a little bit from YouTube.
12:21 Yes, son, I will tell you.
12:23 I will tell you.
12:25 I will tell you.
12:27 So, I was saying that
12:29 the next Sunnah after Miswak
12:31 is Istinshaq.
12:33 Istinshaq means to put water in the nose
12:35 and to do a little Mubalga.
12:37 A little Mubalga means
12:39 that the soft bone
12:41 should reach up to here.
12:43 But if it is Roza,
12:45 it should reach up to here
12:47 but you can also smell a little above it.
12:49 You took a little water and did like this,
12:51 it went up to the top, so it is fine.
12:53 But if it is Roza, then in such a situation
12:55 it should not be smelled up to the top
12:57 that if it goes up to the brain,
12:59 then Roza becomes Fasid.
13:01 So, when it is Roza,
13:03 in this case, we will not do Mubalga in Istinshaq.
13:05 If it is Roza, then in this case
13:07 putting water in the nose
13:09 and not doing Mubalga,
13:11 but smelling a little above it
13:13 is the Sunnah of Muwakkad.
13:15 After Istinshaq, the next Sunnah
13:17 is Taslees.
13:19 Taslees means to wash three times.
13:21 The parts that have to be washed,
13:23 face, hands,
13:25 both the hands including the ankles
13:27 or both the legs including the ankles,
13:29 these three times
13:31 washing,
13:33 this is the Sunnah.
13:35 It is the Sunnah of Muwakkad.
13:37 If someone washes it only once,
13:39 then the duty is fulfilled in the case,
13:41 but if someone makes it a habit,
13:43 then in this case, he will also be a sinner.
13:45 And if you leave it even once,
13:47 then the reward of Sunnah will not be received,
13:49 but the duty is fulfilled if you wash it properly
13:51 even once, according to the conditions
13:53 that we had mentioned earlier.
13:55 We have a caller with us.
13:57 Assalamu Alaikum.
13:59 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
14:01 We have a house that we sell,
14:03 we buy,
14:05 there is an agreement in it.
14:07 Yes, tell us.
14:09 The house buyer
14:11 has an agreement
14:13 that he will give advance.
14:15 He cannot complete his time period
14:17 as it is a three month time.
14:19 He cannot do it.
14:21 He has been given one more month
14:23 to see if he can earn money.
14:25 He cannot do it.
14:27 The money is written in the agreement
14:29 that he cannot complete his time period.
14:31 So, will we have this money
14:33 that we can keep it or not?
14:35 Okay, I will tell you.
14:37 We have one more caller with us.
14:39 Assalamu Alaikum.
14:41 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
14:43 Mufti Sahib,
14:45 Yes, tell us.
14:47 Sir,
14:49 my question is
14:51 that we are 10-15 people
14:53 and we save money.
14:55 Every month.
14:57 We need it.
14:59 He says with his happiness
15:01 that I take 10-20 thousand rupees less
15:03 and I give it to everyone.
15:05 So, every person needs it.
15:07 He says with his happiness
15:09 that I take 10-20 thousand rupees less
15:11 and give it to me.
15:13 And the 10-20 thousand rupees
15:15 that he takes less
15:17 is distributed to others.
15:19 And he says that it is haram
15:21 or it is a jahid.
15:23 Okay, I will tell you.
15:25 I was requesting that
15:27 Tafleesh is a Sunnah.
15:29 That is to wash the body 3 times.
15:31 This is a Sunnah.
15:33 After Tafleesh, the next Sunnah is
15:35 Takhleel-u-asabil-yadain-war-rijlain.
15:37 That is to wash the hands and feet
15:39 and the fingers of both hands and feet.
15:41 This is also a Sunnah.
15:43 But when will this be a Sunnah?
15:45 In that case,
15:47 when you are doing Wudhu with a vessel
15:49 or not doing it under flowing water.
15:51 If you are doing Wudhu under flowing water,
15:53 then the water flows there.
15:55 Then it will not be called Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah.
15:57 But if someone does it under flowing water,
15:59 then anyway,
16:01 if he does it for the sake of Sunnah,
16:03 then he will get reward.
16:05 But whether he will be called Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah
16:07 or not, then Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah
16:09 is in the same case as not doing it under flowing water.
16:11 In this case, it is Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah.
16:13 Then the next Sunnah is
16:15 Mas'hu-kull-i-raas-wa-mas'hu-l-udunain.
16:17 Massaging the whole head
16:19 and massaging both ears
16:21 is also Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah.
16:23 Massaging the head is
16:25 a duty in itself,
16:27 but massaging the fourth head is also a duty.
16:29 There are two words,
16:31 the fourth and the fourth.
16:33 So, massaging the special amount
16:35 is a duty,
16:37 but massaging the whole head
16:39 is Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah.
16:41 You should not do it without any reason.
16:43 You should massage the whole head.
16:45 Then after massaging,
16:47 massaging both ears,
16:49 massaging the whole head,
16:51 massaging both ears
16:53 is also Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah.
16:55 Then the head massage
16:57 and the massage of both ears
16:59 is Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah.
17:01 The next Sunnah is
17:03 Mawalaat.
17:05 Mawalaat means to do it continuously
17:07 and to do it step by step.
17:09 When you have washed one part of the body,
17:11 before it gets dry,
17:13 wash the other part.
17:15 Before the body gets dry,
17:17 wash the other part.
17:19 This is Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah.
17:21 We have a caller with us.
17:23 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
17:25 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
17:27 Waalaikum-as-salam.
17:29 Mufti sahib, I wanted to ask you
17:31 whether this is Sahih al-Affarsi
17:33 or Astaghfar?
17:35 Okay, I will tell you.
17:37 I was requesting
17:41 that Mawalaat,
17:43 means to do it continuously
17:45 and to do it step by step.
17:47 This is also Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah.
17:49 After Mawalaat,
17:51 the next Sunnah is
17:53 Tayamun.
17:55 Tayamun means to wash
17:57 the right side of the body.
17:59 Like washing the right hand,
18:01 washing the left hand,
18:03 washing the right leg,
18:05 washing the left leg,
18:07 washing the right leg,
18:09 washing the left leg.
18:11 This is also Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah.
18:13 And then there is Dalq.
18:15 Dalq means to wash the body.
18:17 Before washing,
18:19 take some water in your hand
18:21 and wash the body.
18:23 Wash both hands,
18:25 wash the arms,
18:27 wash the face.
18:29 This is also Sunnah-e-mu'akkadah
18:31 and according to some scholars,
18:33 it is Mustahab.
18:35 So, if someone is
18:37 forced to leave it,
18:39 then he is not a sinner.
18:41 It is not a sin to do this
18:43 to avoid the disagreement of the scholars.
18:45 But since there are many such
18:47 different issues,
18:49 if someone is forced to leave it,
18:51 then we do not give any strict order.
18:53 The last Sunnah is Tarteeb.
18:55 It is also important to keep
18:57 the order in this wudhu.
18:59 It is not like washing the feet first,
19:01 then washing the face,
19:03 or washing the feet first,
19:05 then washing the hands.
19:07 The order is that first you have
19:09 to wash the face, then the hands,
19:11 and then the feet.
19:13 By washing the hands, I mean
19:15 washing the feet with the elbows.
19:17 The rest of the Sunnah is like
19:19 first you wash the hands,
19:21 then the face, then the nose,
19:23 then the arms, then the head,
19:25 and finally the feet.
19:27 So, it is Sunnah to keep
19:29 this order in this wudhu.
19:31 It is Sunnah to keep the whole order
19:33 in this wudhu and
19:35 to keep the order between
19:37 the Sunnah and the Sunnah Mu'akkadah.
19:39 We have told you about 13 Sunnahs
19:41 in this wudhu.
19:43 So, we have told you about
19:45 13 Sunnahs in this wudhu.
19:47 Except for one or two,
19:49 Sunnah Mu'akkadah is done
19:51 in the specific condition
19:53 of the time of need.
19:55 In general conditions,
19:57 Sunnah Mu'akkadah is done in the
19:59 general conditions.
20:01 There are all Sunnah Mu'akkadah
20:03 that we have told you,
20:05 like Miswak,
20:07 when you have bad breath,
20:09 then Sunnah Mu'akkadah is done.
20:11 If you don't have bad breath,
20:13 then Sunnah Mu'akkadah is not done.
20:15 Similarly, Khilal,
20:17 when you are doing it under the flowing water,
20:19 then Sunnah Mu'akkadah is not done.
20:21 But if you are doing it in a specific way,
20:23 then Sunnah Mu'akkadah is done.
20:25 But all these are Sunnah.
20:27 Their Sunnah is fixed.
20:29 Yes, some of them are
20:31 in specific conditions,
20:33 otherwise not.
20:35 But all these are Sunnah.
20:37 So, we have explained Sunnah in Wudhu.
20:39 Inshallah, we will include
20:41 other issues related to Wudhu
20:43 in the next episode.
20:45 We will include it in the next episode.
20:47 Now, we will come to the answers
20:49 to your questions.
20:51 So, we will answer the questions
20:53 that the viewers have asked us.
20:55 One question, brother asked us,
20:57 that I had divorced my wife
20:59 a while ago, twice.
21:01 And after some time,
21:03 I divorced her in anger.
21:05 She kept the Holy Quran in my bag.
21:07 I was angry and divorced her in anger.
21:09 So, I don't know if I divorced her or not.
21:11 You have divorced her three times.
21:13 You are the one who has admitted
21:15 that you divorced her twice.
21:17 And now you have divorced her three times.
21:19 So, you have divorced her.
21:21 And now you have divorced her.
21:23 And we have explained this
21:25 to you many times before.
21:27 Divorce is usually done in anger.
21:29 It is not necessary
21:31 that a person should not be angry
21:33 and then divorce her.
21:35 There are some cases,
21:37 where a person divorces without anger.
21:39 But otherwise, when a person divorces,
21:41 he is not divorcing in love.
21:43 He is divorcing in anger.
21:45 So, in normal anger,
21:47 divorce happens.
21:49 And in some books,
21:51 it is written that divorce does not happen
21:53 in anger.
21:55 So, that anger means
21:57 that person is not being polite.
21:59 He is not being kind.
22:01 He is not knowing who is in front of him.
22:03 The difference between a wife and a mother
22:05 is eliminated.
22:07 Divorce is not done in that anger
22:09 that a person is not being kind.
22:11 But in normal anger,
22:13 it is not done in that anger.
22:15 It is a constant politeness.
22:17 The difference between a mother,
22:19 a daughter, a sister and a wife is known.
22:21 So, divorce is done in such anger.
22:23 Divorce is done.
22:25 We have one more caller with us.
22:27 Let's include the call.
22:29 Assalamu Alaikum.
22:31 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
22:33 Sir, I wanted to know
22:35 that how to wash the person
22:37 who is obligated to do it.
22:39 How should women do it
22:41 and how should men do it?
22:43 Let's discuss about it.
22:45 We have one more caller with us.
22:47 Assalamu Alaikum.
22:49 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
22:51 Mufti Sahib, I want to ask
22:53 that I want a driver for my Ugrahi.
22:55 They say that they want a driver
22:57 and we will give him Rs. 1000.
22:59 The person who will do Ugrahi
23:01 will be from Mudrasir
23:03 and the driver will be given Rs. 1000.
23:05 How is the driver's job there?
23:07 Okay, we will discuss.
23:09 Ladies and gentlemen,
23:13 we hope you will be with us.
23:15 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back.
23:17 We were discussing your questions.
23:19 We will answer the remaining questions.
23:21 We have one more caller with us.
23:23 Assalamu Alaikum.
23:25 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
23:27 Mufti Sahib, I wanted to ask you a question.
23:29 Yes, please.
23:31 I and Mrs. Mary are planning to go
23:33 for Umrah and we are going in a few days.
23:35 She has a little problem.
23:37 She has an ADX in her foot
23:39 and the doctor says that
23:41 she should not walk without shoes.
23:43 The shoes are of a special kind
23:45 that are made of thick sole.
23:47 She should not walk without it.
23:49 I wanted to ask what advice
23:51 can be given to her.
23:53 Okay, I will tell you.
23:55 We have one more caller with us.
23:57 Assalamu Alaikum.
23:59 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
24:01 Is it permissible to eat salad on bread?
24:03 The second question is
24:05 that if you put your hand in a bowl
24:07 and pour water,
24:09 does that water get exhausted?
24:11 Okay, I will tell you.
24:17 We were answering your questions.
24:19 We have already told you
24:21 about the issue of divorce.
24:23 A caller asked about
24:25 the chair of the disabled person.
24:27 People who keep their chairs
24:29 in the prayer area,
24:31 should they keep it in the prayer area
24:33 or at the end of the prayer area?
24:35 We had already answered
24:37 that if you keep a chair in the prayer area,
24:39 you should keep it at the edge of the prayer area
24:41 and not in the middle.
24:43 And the same person should sit
24:45 and pray in the prayer area
24:47 and not pray in the middle.
24:49 The person who is going to pray
24:51 in the prayer area
24:53 is under the command of the believer
24:55 and not the one who prays in the middle.
24:57 So, the person who is able to
24:59 sit on the chair
25:01 is not allowed to pray in the prayer area.
25:03 The person who is not able to
25:05 sit on the chair
25:07 can pray in the prayer area
25:09 because he is not able to stand.
25:11 If he wants to stand,
25:13 he can pray in the prayer area
25:15 but it is better
25:17 that he does not stand
25:19 and pray in the prayer area.
25:21 Some people have a minor problem
25:23 and they are able to pray in the prayer area
25:25 but still they sit on the chair
25:27 and pray in the prayer area.
25:29 This is a protocol.
25:31 What is the protocol in the prayer area?
25:33 Prayer is a protocol.
25:35 In the prayer area,
25:37 we have to prostrate before Allah.
25:39 The most honorable part of our body
25:41 is our face.
25:43 We have to prostrate before Allah.
25:45 The prayer of Allah
25:47 teaches us humility and humility.
25:49 It is a great reminder
25:51 of humility and humility.
25:53 It teaches us to be a servant of Allah.
25:55 It is a great sign of servitude
25:57 that we are His servants
25:59 and we bow our heads before Allah.
26:01 So, if you are able to prostrate,
26:03 then prostrate.
26:05 Do not sit on the chair.
26:07 If you sit on the chair,
26:09 then you are not able to sit on the chair.
26:11 If you are a believer,
26:13 then you can sit on the chair.
26:15 But you should not sit on the chair
26:17 in the middle of the row.
26:19 Another question
26:21 that was asked by this brother
26:23 is that some people
26:25 pray in a loud voice
26:27 and the sound of the prayer
26:29 is heard from a distance
26:31 and others are disturbed.
26:33 How can we do this?
26:35 We should not do this.
26:37 We should not pray in a loud voice
26:39 and others are disturbed.
26:41 It is not right
26:43 to disturb others
26:45 in the prayer.
26:47 When you are praying in a private mosque,
26:49 you should not pray in a loud voice
26:51 and others are disturbed.
26:53 You are trying to correct the letters
26:55 but you should not try to correct
26:57 the letters.
26:59 You should not try to correct the letters
27:01 without disturbing others.
27:03 So, you should correct your letters
27:05 but you should not disturb
27:07 others in their prayer.
27:09 The third question
27:11 that was asked by this brother
27:13 is that should we pray
27:15 in the mosque or at home?
27:17 You can pray in the mosque
27:19 or at home.
27:21 It is proved that
27:23 both ways of praying are better.
27:25 It is up to you.
27:27 If you feel comfortable,
27:29 then you can pray in the mosque.
27:31 It is better to change the place.
27:33 It is better to change the place.
27:35 If you go home and pray Sunnah and Nafl,
27:37 then it is also better.
27:39 You will get reward in both ways.
27:41 Another brother asked
27:43 whether it is necessary
27:45 to do Aqeeqah in 7 days
27:47 or you can do it at any time.
27:49 Aqeeqah is Sunnah
27:51 of the chosen one.
27:53 Sunnah of the chosen one means
27:55 that if someone abandons it,
27:57 then it is not a sin.
27:59 It is not Sunnah of Muqada.
28:01 If someone has done Sunnah
28:03 and is chosen,
28:05 then he should do it.
28:07 It is also a blessed way
28:09 of Prophet (PBUH)
28:11 and the government of Prophet (PBUH)
28:13 has also said Aqeeqah.
28:15 So, it is Sunnah of the chosen one
28:17 and doing it on the 7th day
28:19 is also Sunnah of the chosen one.
28:21 But if someone does not do it on the 7th day,
28:23 then whenever he does it in his life,
28:25 it will be done.
28:27 There is no concept of Qaza in it.
28:29 Qaza is the best of all.
28:31 It is done on the 7th day of birth.
28:33 But if it is not done on the 7th day of birth,
28:35 then whenever he does it in his life,
28:37 it will be done.
28:39 But it can only be done in his life.
28:41 It is not possible that a person dies
28:43 and you say that I will do Aqeeqah
28:45 on his behalf.
28:47 Or my son died,
28:49 my daughter died
28:51 and I did not do Aqeeqah,
28:53 so now I can do it.
28:55 Aqeeqah can only be done in life
28:57 and if the blessing is wasted,
28:59 then there is no place for that Shukr.
29:01 So Aqeeqah is its Fokah.
29:03 It can not be done on his behalf
29:05 after death.
29:07 A person can do Aqeeqah himself
29:09 and if his parents or wife
29:11 or husband want to do Aqeeqah
29:13 on his behalf,
29:15 then they can do it.
29:17 Aqeeqah is done.
29:19 And this is the correct word.
29:21 Aqeeqah is done with Aayin.
29:23 People mispronounce it as Haqeeqah.
29:25 Like our Sahil Nabi said
29:27 Haqeeqah is with Ha.
29:29 So Ha is not Haqeeqah,
29:31 it is Aqeeqah with Aayin.
29:33 Then a person has asked
29:35 that if we sell a house
29:37 and take a deposit,
29:39 then we have a condition
29:41 that if the deposit is not paid
29:43 then the deposit will be accepted
29:45 but not on time.
29:47 So how to accept the deposit?
29:49 It is not permissible to accept the deposit.
29:51 You do not have the permission.
29:53 It is necessary to give the deposit on time.
29:55 If you do not give on time,
29:57 then you cannot accept it.
29:59 You can cancel the deal
30:01 but you cannot accept it.
30:03 It is necessary to return it on the day of payment.
30:05 It is not permissible to accept it on the day of payment.
30:07 Then a person has asked
30:09 that if 10-15 people gather
30:11 and take a committee,
30:13 but they say something else,
30:15 then we cannot understand the whole detail.
30:17 So we request them to tell the whole detail
30:19 and only after listening to the whole detail
30:21 they can tell us the whole detail.
30:23 It is a matter of Halal and Haram.
30:25 It cannot be given on the day of payment.
30:27 Then a person has asked
30:29 to tell the correct word
30:31 that is Istighfar or Astaghfar.
30:33 The correct word is Istighfar.
30:35 It is the source of Istighfar.
30:37 It is Istighfar.
30:39 It is Istighfar
30:41 with the weight of Istighfar.
30:43 It is Istighfar
30:45 with the weight of Istighfar.
30:47 It is Istighfar
30:49 with the weight of Istighfar.
30:51 People also call it Istighfar.
30:53 So the correct word is Istighfar.
30:55 It is Istighfar, not Astaghfar.
30:57 The verb that is read in it
30:59 will be Astaghfirullah.
31:01 It will have the letter 'A' in it.
31:03 Then a person has asked
31:05 how to do Farz Ghusl.
31:07 How to do Farz Ghusl for men and women.
31:09 When the statement of Wudhu will be over,
31:11 then when we will come to Ghusl,
31:13 we will tell you in detail
31:15 how to do Ghusl.
31:17 So in summary,
31:19 if we are talking about Farz Ghusl,
31:21 then it is necessary to
31:23 pour water on the whole body.
31:25 At least two drops should be poured
31:27 on the whole body.
31:29 And then to do Kulli,
31:31 Gargara, and to put water on the nose.
31:33 These three things are necessary
31:35 in Ghusl.
31:37 We will tell you in detail
31:39 how to do Ghusl.
31:41 Then a person has asked
31:43 if a driver is hired by the Madrasa,
31:45 then how to do the job of a driver.
31:47 It is right to do the job of a driver.
31:49 There is no problem in this.
31:51 If there is a condition in it,
31:53 then that condition is Fasid.
31:55 Then the command will be different.
31:57 We will tell you in detail.
31:59 Just how to do the job of a driver
32:01 for Madrasa or for anyone else,
32:03 then the job of a driver is Jahid.
32:05 Then a person has asked
32:07 what is forbidden to eat
32:09 by breaking a burger or roti with teeth.
32:11 The way of eating is seen in them.
32:13 What is that?
32:15 If something is considered as ill-cultured,
32:17 then it will be avoided.
32:19 If it is not considered as ill-cultured,
32:21 then the Shariah does not usually forbid it.
32:23 So, like a normal roti,
32:25 if you eat it by breaking it with teeth,
32:27 it is considered as ill-cultured,
32:29 then it will be avoided.
32:31 But if it is a burger or roll,
32:33 then since you eat the roll or burger like this,
32:35 and its tradition is the same,
32:37 and it is not considered as ill-cultured,
32:39 then there is no problem in it.
32:41 If the Shariah gives the order of 'Murawat',
32:43 then 'Murawat' is related to 'Urf'.
32:45 The things which are considered as
32:47 ill-cultured or ill-cultured,
32:49 then it will be avoided.
32:51 The same thing is there for eating with a spoon.
32:53 Since it is 'Urf' here,
32:55 if you eat rice with a spoon,
32:57 then there is no order on it.
32:59 You can eat with a spoon.
33:01 Similarly, a brother asked
33:03 whether it is permissible to eat
33:05 by keeping a spoon on the roti.
33:07 So, it is permissible to eat by keeping a spoon on the roti.
33:09 And like in villages,
33:11 it is a tradition that people
33:13 keep a spoon on the roti,
33:15 so there is no problem in it.
33:17 The difference is that if the utensil
33:19 is kept on the roti,
33:21 then it is not allowed.
33:23 But if the utensil is kept on the roti,
33:25 then people consider it as ill-cultured.
33:27 Wherever it is considered as ill-cultured,
33:29 then it should be avoided.
33:31 There is no sin on it.
33:33 There is no order of sin on it.
33:35 Then a brother asked
33:37 if we have to wear special shoes on the roti,
33:39 then what is the order of wearing shoes on the roti?
33:41 So, see,
33:43 it is the upper part,
33:45 it is necessary to show it.
33:47 If the upper part of the shoe is being shown,
33:49 the upper bone,
33:51 then there is no harm in it.
33:53 But if it is covered,
33:55 that part is also covered,
33:57 in this case it is 'Uzur'.
33:59 So, in the case of 'Uzur',
34:01 there is a reduction,
34:03 the order of 'Uzur' is separated.
34:05 So, we should ask Allah for forgiveness.
34:07 But in the case of 'Uzur',
34:09 the order of 'Kafar' etc.
34:11 we will discuss in the next episode.
34:13 When we will discuss the restrictions of 'Umrah'
34:15 or 'Hajj' or 'Ihram',
34:17 then we will discuss the order of 'Jinayat'
34:19 in the case of 'Uzur'.
34:21 If there is 'Jinayat' without 'Uzur',
34:23 then what is the order?
34:25 A brother asked
34:27 if the alcohol cream is applied on the face,
34:29 the cream is applied because of the teeth,
34:31 and alcohol is included in it,
34:33 then in this case,
34:35 'Namaz' is performed.
34:37 'Namaz' has no effect.
34:39 But if you have not performed 'Uzur',
34:41 and the cream is applied,
34:43 then washing the face in 'Uzur'
34:45 and washing in such a way
34:47 that water reaches,
34:49 this is necessary,
34:51 then you will waste it.
34:53 But if 'Uzur' is there and it is applied,
34:55 then you can offer 'Namaz' or not?
34:57 You can offer 'Namaz' and anyway,
34:59 it is applied due to compulsion,
35:01 so this is the end of the episode.
35:03 Inshallah, in the next episode,
