A demolition firm has arrived at the Marston Moretaine family of Captain Tom's family to tear down an 'unauthorised' spa building. Planners ordered the demolition of the spa because they said the building did not have planning permission. Captain Tom's daughter and her husband failed to seek a judicial review of the decision and the building was ordered to be removed by February 7.
