00:00 The government's brought in additional tools for many sectors including rail in order so they have the ability to run their services.
00:07 We hope that they will be used. We're disappointed the Prime Minister said he's disappointed it's not being used today but there are many opportunities in the future to do that.
00:14 But fundamentally the only reason we have a strike the only reason we're talking about what to do the only reason we're talking about where the minimum service level should be applied is because as left acting unreasonably here they should stop that.
00:26 They should allow people to get to work. They should allow families to see each other. We don't need the strike as less should stop acting irresponsibly.
00:33 We have brought forward legislation which gives sectors the tools to run minimum services. I'm sure they will be used in places. I'm sure they will be used where it's appropriate.
00:43 But fundamentally we shouldn't need these strikes as left shouldn't be striking. I don't think as they have a reasonable argument to make and they should get back to work.
