1/2 red/ purple cabbage 1 bunch kale 1/4 onion 2 garlic Piece of scotch bonnet pepper 1/2 carrot 1/4 bell pepper Tomatoes (I used 5 grape tomatoes) Dried thyme Salt All purpose seasoning Oil ( use the same oil used to fry the dumplings just drain off some)
