00:08 Most of these brushes come with the bristles separated and do not usually give a precise stroke,

00:13 so my recommendation is to take eyelash glue and your brush,

00:16 with this you can glue the bristles and you will have a much finer stroke.

00:19 Use translucent powder under your eyes, try to mark with it the pattern where your eyeliner will come out.

00:25 Use enough powder in case you run out of eye shadow residues, they will fall on your translucent powder
