A group of astronauts put their lives on the line to save mankind as they try to shift Earth to a new solar system and prevent a collision with another planet.

The Wandering Earth is a 2019 Chinese science fiction movie directed by Frant Guo Fan (郭帆), loosely based on the 2000 short story of the same name by Liu Cixin (刘慈欣), about redirecting Earth to different path to avoid collision with Jupiter. The movie stars Jacky Wu Jing (吴京), Qu Chuxiao (屈楚蕭), Li Guangjie (李光潔), Ng Man-tat (吳孟達), Zhao Jinmai (赵今麦) and Qu Jingjing (屈菁菁).
