Yes, I get a real buzz out of taking someone that I've not met before, who's not ever learned to drive,

and taking them all the way through to the driving test and getting them to pass.

It's a great sense of fulfilment there, because I know it's empowering for them.

It will enable them to get jobs further afield, give them a sense of freedom,

and that's, for me, the greatest pleasure that I get out of the job.
