00:19 I then started sleeping on the side room in my sitting room.
00:24 And then I tried to find somewhere to keep my clothes

00:29 So I've had to clean this insulating plasterboard with the shed.
00:34 And so in the winter I've been sleeping in the shed.
00:38 Because I can't keep bringing all this back in
00:40 because I'm prying up blood all the time every couple of months.
00:43 And all my clothes are stored in the shed
00:46 because it's the only room in the whole building
00:49 that isn't mouldy or damp.
00:52 Because I've insulated it and plasterboarded it myself.
00:55 I've never thought, well, I'm going to be in there in the winter
00:57 and it's cheap enough to heat.
00:59 Well, I can't put any heating on in the house
01:01 because it backs the mould up so much
01:04 that you can't breathe, you can't physically breathe in it.
01:07 The second you put the heating on,
01:08 the mould is times 20, 30 or 40.
01:11 It's just, it's impossible to do.
01:14 Absolutely impossible.
01:16 And this has been going on, I was going to say,
01:17 this has been going on for two and a half, three years now.
01:21 Over 70 hired people have been around,
01:25 promised me that they would be the people.
01:27 I won't deal with anyone else from Hyde.
01:28 I won't have to deal with anyone else.
01:30 They'll be the ones, I'll contact them now.
01:32 They'll make all the appointments.
01:34 Next thing you know, I've got 10 cold callers,
01:36 four plumbers, two kitchen people,
01:39 two plasters and two mould team specialists
01:43 that are dispensers coming round to muck me up,
01:46 muck me about, get me up in the morning.
01:48 I've lost over 80 days this year
01:51 to having to be here with hired people.
01:53 And you can see what they've achieved.
01:55 They've achieved a new kitchen that's going mouldy.
