00:19 IRCTC is up 20% in the last one month.

00:21 Well, the Ram Mandir story out there

00:24 is helping all of these stocks.

00:25 So fundamentally what's happening there, think of this.

00:28 There is an increase in inquiries

00:29 for land and apartments around Ayodhya

00:31 is what I read in newspapers.

00:33 Abhinandan Lodha Group has planned 2,000 crores

00:35 of luxury hotels in Ayodhya and Benares.

00:38 Taj is constructing two hotels

00:39 of 100 and 120 rooms respectively.

00:41 The tent city sees bookings well beyond Jan 22nd.

00:45 As Tamanna was telling me,

00:46 it's expected that nearly five to six lakh visitors

00:50 will be there in Ayodhya almost every single week

00:53 for the next few weeks, and not just Jan 22nd.

00:56 Now, if this is a story,

00:57 then consumption in Ayodhya is certainly gonna go,

01:00 and which is why these stocks are rallying.

01:02 But, but, but, the valuations are steep in some of those.

01:07 Praveg 132 times, Apollo Sindhuri 56 times,

01:11 IRCTC 68 times.

01:13 The stocks are not cheap.

01:15 Please be careful if you're buying into them.

01:17 If you know the story, yes, it is a story worth playing,

01:20 but I urge you to do your homework and then log on

01:22 because some of these stocks

01:24 on the back of the Ayodhya move and the Lakshadweep move

01:27 have already rallied quite a bit.
