00:12 a lot of trees that are worth a million pesos.
00:16 The St. Tafé Police and GENR Kagayan Valley Product Monitoring Station
00:22 discovered a truck with a bunch of bananas in front of it.
00:27 But inside and under it, the bruised trees of Nara are hidden.

00:47 The National Community Development Day is still in full swing.
00:52 President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ordered the government to take responsibility
00:57 for giving incentives and recognition to LGUs
01:02 that are implementing activities and cleaning programs.
01:06 President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ordered that Filipinos should be given
01:12 a clean environment for the next generations.
01:16 President also reminded that the water, rivers, and oceans in the country
01:20 should not be turned into garbage.
01:23 In response, the President ordered the new barangay and SK officials
01:28 to clean the roads, canals, markets, and schools in their areas.
01:34 The President also called on the country's government
01:36 to address pollution and waste management in the country
01:39 for a safer and cleaner environment for all Filipinos.
01:44 Under the Clean Up in the New Filipinas Program,
01:47 the Marcos Administration is calling for the Filipinos' freedom

01:58 In this discussion, I ordered the relevant agencies
02:02 to include cleanliness in the performance guarantees
02:06 of the local governments,
02:08 the allocation of greater incentives and rewards to LGUs
02:13 that are in line with cleanliness,
02:16 the national assessment for vegetables in the barangay,
02:20 the use of motor vehicle users' charge
02:23 for lighting roads and canals,
02:28 the campaign against single-use plastic,
02:33 and the rent for the use of tarpaulin.
02:37 But community development encompasses not just cleanliness of our surroundings,
02:42 but embraces a long to-do list that makes a village viable, livable,
02:47 the best place to raise a family, to retire happily,
02:51 because body and soul are both cared for well.
