CEC Appointment Bill पर Opposition Parties के INDIA Alliance का BJP पर हमला | CJI | वनइंडिया हिंदी

CEC Appointment Bill: मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (Chief Election Commissioner) और चुनाव आयुक्तों (election commissioners) के चयन पैनल (selection panel) में देश के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (Chief Justice of India) को हटाने वाले बिल को मंजूरी मिल गई है. इसकी जगह अब एक केंद्रीय कैबिनेट मंत्री (Cabinet Minister) को शामिल करने वाले विधेयक को पास कर दिया गया है. इस बिल के पास हो जाने के बाद इंडिया गठबंधन ने जमकर बवाल काटा है. कांग्रेस नेता (Congress) रणदीप सुरजेवाला (Randeep Surjewala) और अधीर रंजन चौधरी (Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary) ने इस बिल को लेकर कहा है कि ये देश के चुनाव आयोग (Election Commission of India) को पीएम के हाथों कठपुतली बनाने वाल बिल है. इस नए बिल के मुताबिक अब मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त और चुनाव आयुक्तों की नियुक्ति पैनल से देश के सीजेआई (CJI) का इंवोल्मेंट हटा दिया गया है.
