The singers are Harriette Keyes, Allie Thomas, Precis Thompson, and Helen Summers.

This was one of the first female vocal quartets to make recordings and most active in studios from 1911 to 1913.

An earlier female quartet, The Vassar Girls' Quartette, cut titles for the American Record Company as well as Edison's National Phonograph Company in 1906.

Titles recorded by the "That Girl" Quartet include "Honey Love" (Victor 16648, 1911), "Haying Time" (Victor 16906, 1911), and "My Little Persian Rose" (Victor 17270, 1913).

Two Edison recordings were issued. Blue Amberol 2113, issued in December 1913, features Burt's "The Owl in the Oak Tree." A decade later, in 1923, Blue Amberol 4730 featuring "I'm Yours With Love and Kisses" was issued.
