00:23 the same time, you've got to stick with them so they learn.

00:26 You know, if we just throw them out, what have they learned?

00:32 They've learned I don't fit in. I'm the kid who's always in

00:36 trouble and they begin to become a self fulfilling prophecy, if

00:41 you like. So the labelled kid becomes what the label is. And

00:46 so what we can do over these shorter number of days is ensure

00:52 that the safeguarding is there and ensure a level of care for

00:57 these children. So it's all driven by the children and the

01:00 children's need.
